North Side students in grades 3-6 are completing advertisements for businesses around Union City to tie into our novel, "Rise of the Balloon Goons" by Troy Cummings. Mr. Cummings will be visiting North Side on Monday, February 24. Each group sent a representative to interview the business owner they will design an advertisement for to get ideas of what they should put in their advertisement. The self-standing advertisements will be on display at the the Randolph Eastern Book Fair Feb. 24-28 and then at their business location throughout March. North Side would like to send out a huge thank you to all the businesses for donating their time to sit down and talk with our students.
