Today's visit to Hobart Welding allowed trade skills students to see welding techniques applied in a high-tech manufacturing setting as well. Engaging directly with industry professionals provided invaluable insight into advanced welding. This experience made high-demand career pathways tangible, connecting to future opportunities and reinforcing their passion for the trade.

Learning from Leaders | Powered by Purpose

This week, a team from Randolph Eastern School Corporation had the incredible opportunity to attend the LIFTed Leadership & Innovation Conference hosted by St. Vrain Valley Schools in beautiful Colorado.

Mr. Adams proudly represented RESC on a panel discussion around innovation, sharing how our district is reimagining education through Workforce Wednesday, career pathways, personalized learning, and real-world experiences that prepare students for life beyond graduation.

St. Vrain Valley Schools is one of the most innovative and high-performing districts in the nation, serving over 32,000 students across 55 schools, with a 93% graduation rate and more than 70 career and postsecondary programs that open doors to the future.

Experiencing their incredible work firsthand, including an amazing drone light show that lit up the night sky, reminded us that education is about more than test scores or size — it’s about possibility, innovation, and hope for every child’s future.

While we may be smaller in size, small doesn’t matter when you’re preparing students for their future. At RESC, we are Powered by Purpose to continually improve, create meaningful opportunities, and ensure that every student discovers their path to success — because kids’ futures matter and public schools matter.
