The students in the Playground Paradise Workforce Initiative have raised / been promised over $80,000 towards the revitalization of Harter Park and new playground equipment. What an AMAZING accomplishment for a group of our youth putting in the effort to be changemakers for our community. If you would like to support their cause please consider making a donation at patronicity.com/playgroundparadise or a cash / check donation turned in to the high school front office.

During Dr. Seuss Week, teachers read the story "Maybe You Should Fly a Jet, Maybe You Should be a Vet." This story discussed possible job opportunities. After the read aloud, students wrote about careers mentioned in the book they like and do not like. Then, students drew a picture of the career they are interested in. Students were able to connect their learning to their RIASEC Codes!
