Union City High School Students will be receiving Class Registration Forms this week for the 2024-2025 School Year. The Registration Forms require a parent signature and need to be turned into the guidance office by April 26.

Pretty cool to see 2nd graders visiting the high school during Workforce Wednesday to read, learn about budgeting, order from menus, and then getting to eat pancakes!

Please see graphics for information on an upcoming 5K run/walk hosted by Workforce Wednesday students!

Please be aware that we WILL BE in session in-person, tomorrow, April 5 and on Friday May 3. There was an early version of a school calendar that had those days scheduled as E-learning. This is NOT the case. We WILL BE in session, in-person, on both of these dates.
This coming Monday, April 8 will be an E-learning day because of the eclipse. Your student should receive a pair of eclipse viewing glasses, either today or tomorrow, along with a safety note on the inside of the glasses. Please make sure to follow correct safety protocols.
Enjoy the eclipse!

We would like to welcome Keith Maloy as Randolph Eastern's new athletic director! We are looking forward to working with Mr. Maloy as he steps into his new role! Congratulations, coach!

Reps from Ardagh Group visited today to run mock interviews with our students and provide them with feedback. This was cool to see!

On this episode of The UC Experience, we get updates from Executive Director Karen Lloyd on Vision Corner. The ribbon-cutting celebration is just a few weeks away! https://open.spotify.com/episode/7zhVw4tKYhp6ps8w5fmAsn?si=7fkmULYpRvOGlMwFLAC48A

The Indiana Department of Education is providing a waiver for Friday (3/15) and Monday (3/18). That means we do not have to make-up those two days or use any scheduled make-up days to meet the 180 day requirement. We will end the school year with 178 student days.

Reminder to all 6th and 7th grade parents of the Washington DC meeting on Tuesday March 19th at 6:00 PM in the cafetorium.

Due to schedule changes from the tornado relief efforts, the Senior Parent meeting has been postponed to a later date. Stay tuned for a schedule update. Thank you!

After a lot of thought and consideration, we have made the decision to cancel school tomorrow, Monday, March 18th. Our community continues to recover and will be in this state for weeks to come.
After today, we will consolidate volunteer efforts with the resources in Winchester.
School will be in session Tuesday.
