Union City Jr/Sr High School is hosting a Thanksgiving Food Drive. We invite community members to participate. A list of specific items we are collecting is listed below. Items can be sent to school with students or dropped off in the High School office. Donations will be accepted from November 2-20. 🦃

This week's UC Employee Spotlight is Levi Clark. Levi is an intern right here inside Randolph Eastern School Corporation, assisting our tech office and teachers with their tech needs. He is the son of Michelle Harris and John Clark.

Big thanks to Ms. Wambo and Mr. Maloy for taking students on a tour of the lovely campus at Manchester. The fall foliage and weather were great!

Congratulations to our newest National Honor Society members. These fine students were inducted into this wonderful organization on Wednesday night.

This week we are highlighting WBL student, Wilson Aguilar-Mendez, the son of Arnulfo Aguilar & Yolanda Mendez. Wilson is a "go to" for UC when needing a student rep, he does a great job of representing his school and community.

Congratulations to Mr. Blake Clevenger for becoming a Certified Educational Technology Leader! Mr. Clevenger was recognized for his accomplishment at our most recent school board meeting.

Today we are spotlighting Logan Besser, our athletic department student intern. Logan has been involved in sports most of his life so this opportunity was a great fit for him.

Our life skills students have been hard at work mastering everyday essentials! Today’s hands-on lesson including cooking up scrambled eggs, enjoying them together, and taking care of clean up afterward.

These students are building independence, confidence, and practical skills for the future. We are so proud of their hard work and teamwork! 👏🏽

In our Workforce Wednesday Sewing Block, the students made small drawstring bags for their first projects! Some of the skills they learned and practiced were filling the bobbin, threading the machines, straight and zig-zag stitching, measuring, and using the iron! Here are some of the finished projects! They did great!

Our Employee Spotlight is back for another year! Today we feature Ava Dohme. Ava is deeply involved in her school in many aspects, including work! She is the daughter of Amanda and Chad Enicks and Todd Dohme and was also the first senior to complete her exit interview this year.

Congratulations to Abby Zigler for being selected as a Lilly Endowment Scholarship Top 10 finalist! Way to represent UC!
