Today our 7th grade students traveled up to Vision Corner to learn more about our programs housed in this building. They were able to ask questions about the Media and Communications Pathway, Apache Design, the Medical Pathway and ESports.




This week we are featuring Campbell Kerns in our Employee Spotlight. She is currently the Valedictorian of the class of 2026, a Lilly Finalist and Indiana College Core student. She is the daughter of Allen and Katie Kerns and plans to attend Taylor University in the fall.

Mr. Tipple's WFW group raced their Valve Cover Racers this morning. A big "Thank You" to the Stateliners car club for donating valve covers and the use of their track. Also, Thank You to the Starlite Skating Rink for donating wheels and bearings.

Today a group of students traveled to Edison State Community College to visit the STEMM Expo. They participated in breakout sessions such as "Can You See Sound", "Med Lab Tech", "Brave the Winter Wonderland", "Racing Bristlebots", "Destruction Analysis", "Explore the Mysteries of the Black Box" and more. It was a great time for learning and networking!

Students interested in pursuing careers in education attended "Education Day" at Indiana University East today. Thank you to IUE School of Education for hosting this event!

Today's visit to Hobart Welding allowed trade skills students to see welding techniques applied in a high-tech manufacturing setting as well. Engaging directly with industry professionals provided invaluable insight into advanced welding. This experience made high-demand career pathways tangible, connecting to future opportunities and reinforcing their passion for the trade.
