This week's employee spotlight features Gael Mayorga. Gael helps out at UCM Residential Services and has a passion for his work as well as the IT world and gaming development. He is the son of Erica Ramirez.
Congratulations to Jayson Connor for being the 2026 Kellie Stephen Sportsmanship recipient. This incredible young man was recognized tonight at the Randolph County basketball finals. Jayson represents UC with pride as a leader in the classroom, in our halls, on the court, and throughout our community.

A few of our sewing students finished their big projects this week and some even had time to make another small project yesterday on our final sewing day. We are so proud of all of them, but better yet I think they are proud of themselves too! There is nothing better than looking at something and saying, "Yeah, I made that!" Great work!

You can drop in with a quick question or work on a laptop provided for you by RESC. The Free Application for Federal Student Aid is offered to any US citizen who may qualify for grants, loans, or scholarships for college or trade schools.
